Bonded NdFeB magnet
Bonded NdFeB Magnet :Versatility
Bonded neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets are a composite material made by mixing
NdFeB powder with a polymer binder. Compared to traditional sintered NdFeB magnets, bonded
NdFeB magnets are produced through a bonding process, offering greater flexibility in shapes and
sizes. These magnets are typically manufactured using injection molding or compression molding
techniques, allowing for more complex designs and precise dimensional control. Although the
magnetic properties of bonded NdFeB are slightly lower than those of sintered NdFeB, they offer
excellent machinability and are suitable for precision applications.
